Speak about the impact you have had on your team in the past, which competencies have you developed both inside and outside of work that show your skills and experience.

If you are interviewing for a management role, you need to show that you have experience of leading. Instead of explaining how you came to a decision, can you explain how you encouraged everyone on your team to believe in your ideas as much as you did.
